Nikki F. Karadimas

Nikki F. Karadimas is an associate with the firm, where she exclusively practices family and matrimonial law. As a child of divorce, she is passionate about guiding her clients through the often overwhelming family law process with compassion, diligence, and advocacy. Nikki is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She graduated magna cum laude from Marist University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, minors in Political Science, French, and Global Studies, and a Paralegal Certificate. Nikki then attended Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she graduated cum laude in 2025 and earned her Juris Doctor.

While in law school, Nikki was heavily involved with the First-Generation Law Students Association, serving as a Representative, Secretary, and later, President. While taking an active role in extracurriculars, Nikki also worked as a paralegal throughout her three years of law school, gaining invaluable family law experience.

During her final year of law school, Nikki participated in the New York State Pro Bono Scholars Program, where she was able to take and pass the bar examination prior to her graduation from law school. During her tenure as a Pro Bono Scholar, Nikki spent her final semester of law school with the Pace Women’s Justice Center, where she provided assistance to victims of domestic violence across a variety of family law issues.

In addition to English, Nikki is proficient in Greek and French. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs Duncan and Penny, as well as reading, writing, and exploring new restaurants.
