Carla recently served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Raquel Vallejo, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the New Jersey Superior Court. During her clerkship, she handled a wide range of family and matrimonial matters, including pre- and post-judgment motions, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution.
Carla believes effective legal advocacy is not just navigating conflict but mitigating its impact and helping clients move forward with clarity and stability. She is committed to thoughtful, compassionate advocacy that guides clients through life’s most challenging transitions toward meaningful resolutions.
Prior to the law Carla graduated cum laude from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Art History and Psychology, and spent five years in the art world, working across public and private institutions while participating in mutual aid and volunteer initiatives.
Carla is fluent in Spanish. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, exploring museums, and spending time with her cats, Edgar and Pancho.
